I always send a proof before moving your order into production.
Can I send a custom design to engrave onto a gift?

Yes. Everyone loves a good deal, right? Within each product category there are often discounted items and promotions. Also seasonal sales, holiday sales, and all kinds of promotions.
Can I request an item that I don't see for sale?
Yes, I love that you have new ideas and personalization suggestions!
What is your return policy?
- Every gift I personalize is uniquely personalized, so I cannot accept returns.
- If there was a mistake in your order (which has not happened yet, phew), of course I will attempt to correct it and if I cannot I will give a refund.
